What is Project Green Label |
Project Green Label is a young contemporary clothing line. Our mission is to manufacture environmentally expressive threads, while educating our friends and the corporations on how to assist in giving back to our planets natural resources. So, how does P.G.L. do that? First of all, we only use radical new fabrics that promise to revolutionize the clothing and textile industry. These new fabrics include bamboo, hemp, recycled cotton and organic cotton. These revolutionary fabrics are excellent alternatives to the highly toxic conventional textiles that are used today. For example, conventional cotton is known to be one of the most pesticide intensive crops on the planet! Other synthetic fibers like nylon, polyester and traditional rayon are derived from petroleum (oil). P.G.L's goal is to free ourselves from harmful industrial fibers and fossil fuels, and contribute to the planet, while looking "good" doing it.
*******To offset our carbon footprint, Project Green Label is proud to annouce it's NEW partnership with The Arbor day foundation. Portions of our profit will be donated to The Arbor Day Foundation, who will plant Tree's in our name. |

Why do I need to register? |
You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. |
How do I register? |
Simply click on “register” and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. |
What if I forget my password? |
No problem. You can get a reminder sent to your e-mail address. Simply click the sign-in link in the upper right hand corner or click the My Account link, then enter your e-mail address and click the Forgot My Password link. Follow all instructions. |

How do I know my credit card information is secure? |

| Shipping and Handling |
Product availability |
We carry inventory for every product we sell. This means we can have the items you ordered on your doorstep in a timely manner. If for some reason the product is not available to ship within 48 hours you will be notified. At that time you will have the option to cancel your order or wait for its arrival. |
International Shipping |
Below are the countries we ship to and rates that will apply. If you can not see your country, please send an email to us and we will include it.
Group A – France, Italy, Germany, England, Belgium, Ireland, Netherlands and Canada. Ship rate is $25 for up to 2 lbs.
Group B – Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Iceland, Norway, Spain, Switzerland and Japan. Ship rate is $28 for up to 2 lbs.
Group C – Czech Republic, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Russia. Ship rate is $53 for up to 2 lbs.
Group D – China. Ship rate is $35 for up to 2 lbs.
For shipping packages heavier than 2 lbs, a proportional increase in rates will be applicable. In this case, we will let you know via email, before we process your credit card.
The shipment will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
For international shipments, free return option is not available. |
Can I track my order online? |
Once your order has been approved, you can always sign-in to our web site which will allow you to access your Customer Account information. From here you can see the progress of your order. Any details concerning your order will be posted here for your information. |
How long does the order handling take place? |
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 2 PM ET will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM ET will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. |

| Returns and Exchanges |
What is your return policy? |
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. |
What are the shipping charges for returning and order? |
Return shipping is absolutely free for domestic shipments. We will provide you with a pre-paid label to return the purchase to us. If you would like to exchange an item on your order, please call 1-212-944-6690 for additional assistance. |
When will my credit card be refunded? |
Once your package has been received at projectgreenlabel.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from projectgreenlabel.com |

Do you charge sales tax? |
Sales tax is charged only to states where projectgreenlabel.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only California. |
